Thank you for being here!!

For me, teaching Kundalini Yoga is one of the greatest blessings I have received in my life.

I have always said that a Kundalini teacher teaches from the relationship they have with the practice β€” the love, consistency, and respect cultivated through their own journey. My own practice has been a journey of many years β€” one of devotion, commitment, and deep discovery. Through this sacred technology, I have come to recognise the strength, compassion, and grace that live within me. It has also taught me how to navigate the ocean of life, with all its highs and lows, cultivating a deep sense of grace towards myself, alongside compassion, infinite love, and acceptance.

I have accompanied many people on this journey, and today I invite you to join me in experiencing this powerful technology, which has the capacity to transform your life.

In my approach, I offer a practice that is deeply healing on all levels β€” emotional, mental, energetic, and physical. It allows you to move at your own pace, gently entering into the benefits of Kundalini Yoga in a way that feels supportive, embodied, and sustainable.

In the yogic teachings, it is said that there is a dormant force at the base of the spine, and that we all have access to this energy. Through dedicated practice, this force can be awakened and expanded, unlocking aspects of the self and bringing profound healing, while at the same time cultivating balance and expansion on emotional, physical, and energetic levels.

Come and experience a unique class with me, where dynamic and energising kriyas are combined with deep meditation and a gong bath, supporting you to awaken your highest potential.

Understanding the Kundalini Yoga Class Structure

Each Kundalini Yoga class follows six fundamental steps:

Tune-In to open a sacred space and set the intention,

Warm-Up to prepare the body, and

Kriya, a dynamic sequence of postures, breathwork, and movement targeting specific aspects of your physical and energetic system. Kriyas are Energizing & Detoxifying Sequences designed to release tension, clear emotional blockages, and strengthen the nervous, glandular, and musculoskeletal systems. The practice then moves into

Deep Relaxation (Savasana), allowing integration through rest or a gong bath, and concludes with

Meditation to expand awareness and seal the experience. We close by chanting

Long Time Sun, a sacred blessing to uplift and complete our practice in harmony.

Let’s practice and meditate together!
